Madison, WI – May 8, 2023 - UW Credit Union is continually improving the tools and systems that help us connect. Many of these enhancements result from your requests. Here are some recent improvements based on such suggestions.
Bringing Dark Mode to Light
Light text on a dark background – a popular choice for reducing screen brightness – is now an option when viewing your account online. There's nothing to configure; just select dark mode for your browser or device and your preference will be honored within our app and Web Branch.
So Glad to Have Plaid
Connect your UW Credit Union account to common apps and services via this popular interface. The integration provides safe, secure account authentication and authorization.
Shared View for Joint Accounts
Joint account holders can now view each other’s activities, providing greater clarity on how the account is being managed. The activity of a joint holder will display a “partner” icon on the activity description row in the following areas of Web Branch:
- Account page
- Pending Items (including manually entered pending items)
- Transfers
- Payments
